At Malla Agency S.R.L. («Malla», «we») we respect your right to control your personal data. If you have used our applications connected to your Facebook, Instagram, Threads, WhatsApp or Meta Ads accounts through our platform, you may request deletion of the data we hold about you at any time.
What data is deleted
Upon a deletion request we remove from our systems:
- Your Meta user identifier (Facebook user ID).
- Access tokens (access tokens, refresh tokens) issued by Meta to our application on your behalf.
- Identifiers of Pages, Instagram accounts, Threads profiles and WhatsApp Business numbers linked to your account.
- Insights data we downloaded that are directly tied to your identifier.
- Ancillary data (public name, profile picture, email) we copied at the time of your initial authorization.
The following are NOT deleted for legal or contractual reasons:
- Financial records (invoices, payments) required by Dominican Republic accounting and tax law during the mandatory retention period.
- Anonymized security audit logs.
- Content already published on Meta platforms (posts, ads, messages): these can only be deleted by you directly from those platforms — Malla has no control over content already published.
How to request deletion
Three options:
- Email (preferred): send a message to hello@malla.agency with the subject «Data Deletion Request — Meta» and include:
- Your full name.
- The email tied to your account.
- Your Facebook user ID if you know it (optional).
- From Facebook: go to your Facebook profile → Settings → Apps and Websites → find our application → «Remove». This immediately revokes permissions and triggers our internal deletion process.
- From the platform: if you are an active user of our CRM, you can click «Disconnect account» for each connected platform from your user profile.
Response time
- Acknowledgment: within 48 business hours.
- Effective deletion: within 30 calendar days of receipt, in line with international data protection best practices.
- Completion confirmation: we will email you once the deletion is complete, with a tracking identifier.
